‘Letter of Offer’ serves to provide you with basic terms and conditions of employment and reiterates
the job responsibilities discussed earlier.

Designation : Graduate Electrical Engineer

Commencement : 9th August 2021

Hourly Rate : AUD $ 31.62

Other Benefits : Superannuation / Annual Leave / Sick Leave as per Company

Policy

Employment Type : 6 months Contract

Reporting to : Head Transmission Engineer

By accepting this Letter of Offer, you declare that there have been no criminal proceedings lodged /
pending against you especially in matters concerning fraud, embezzlement or misappropriation, and
that you understand that your employment is conditional upon satisfactory reference and
background checks being obtained (including criminal records / checks), as is required and relevant
for the position.

You will be bound by the Company’s policies on confidentiality, by not disclosing at any time the
commercial, operational and financial procedures and practices, which would be detrimental to the
interest of the Company.

You may sign and return a copy of this ‘Letter of Offer’ in acknowledgement and acceptance of the
same. Pursuant to receipt of the same, an ‘Employment Contract’ detailing the terms and conditions of
employment will be sent to you shortly.

Meanwhile, you are requested to report to Mr. Parth Shah (Senior Electrical Design) on 9th August 2021 at
09.00 am at APD Engineering - Ground Floor,14 Honeysuckle Drive Newcastle 2300 to
commence your training.
