Kindly note the following instructions for the smooth processing of the examination.

1. The Midterm Examination for Grade 12 will commence from 15th July 2024.
2. The students are expected to be present for all the exams (full day) as no re-exam will be conducted for the student
who remains absent.
3. The examination duration will be for 3Hrs 15mins. The timings of the examination will be from 9.00 am to 12.15
pm.
4. Every student should carry his or her own stationery to the examination hall.
5. The answers need to be written on the answer scripts neatly and legibly provided by the school.
6. The student needs to write the Roll number on the answer scripts of main as well as the additional sheets.
7. ‘Reading time’ has been allotted for every subject for the students to read the question paper thoroughly before
answering any question.
8. Subject specific instructions given by the respective subject need to be adhered to during the examination.
9. No malpractices will be entertained and any student found doing the same will be considered as an academic
integrity violation and strict action will be taken against the same.
10. During exam time, the students will be given revision for the day and for the next day’s paper.
11. The students should not talk with each other inside the examination hall.
12. Students are not permitted to use the washroom during the exam unnecessarily.
13. No gadgets/watches are allowed inside the exam hall and if found any, will be confiscated.
14. Academic indiscipline will not be entertained inside the exam hall.
15. The invigilator’s instructions need to be strictly followed during exam time.
16. No extra time will be given for any student; hence time has to be managed effectively.

Note: Clearance of outstanding fee dues is mandatory before the examination begins. Kindly ignore if already paid.
