RESOLUTION REQUESTING BOARD MEMBER JOAN BASCO - GERMINANDA FOR ONE (1) LAPTOP
WITH PRINTER TO BE USED BY THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS OF BARANGAY GINES, MIAGAO,
ILOILO

WHEREAS, the need for efficient and effective communication and documentation within the barangay has been
identified;

WHEREAS, a laptop with a printer would greatly contribute to streamlining administrative tasks and enhancing
communication within the barangay;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Analyn C. Ferando and duly seconded by Barangay Kagawad
Reyzel L. Niegos;

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED ,a resolution requesting Board Member Joan Basco - Germinanda
for one (1) laptop with printer to be used by the barangay officials of Barangay Gines, Miagao, Iloilo;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Punong Barangay is hereby authorized to forward this resolution to the concerned
government agencies, local government unit, or any relevant entities for their favorable action;

RESOLVED this 6thday of May 2024 in the Barangay Hall of Barangay Gines, Miagao, Iloilo.
