CREATION OF THE BARANGAY FOCAL POINT SYSTEM

WHEREAS; PCW, DILG, DBM and NEDA joint memorandum circular no. 2013-01 prescribe the policies and
procedures in mainstreaming gender perspective in local planning programming and budgeting and legislation,
project development, implementation, reporting and evaluation pursuant to R.A at the magna carta of women.

WHEREAS; the above-cited IMC mandated the creation of the institutional implementation the magna carta
women through the creation of barangay GAD Focal Point System.

NOW THEREFORE, I RAFFY G. FRANCO, Punong Barangay of Sibulao and by virtue of the power vested in
me by the law do here by create the Barangay GAD Focal Point System to be composed of the following
