Get the permit validated for the specific day.
If required, arrange for the disconnection of all affected

Eye protection must be worn.
Go through a step-by-step procedure before using the hand
cutter (e.g., hacksaw, etc.).
Use sharp toothed hacksaw blade only. Worn out hacksaw
blades shall be removed from use.
Keep the solvent cement paste container in the windward
direction and open it. The volatile vapors will dissolve in the
air without harming the person using the solvent cement
Provide N-95 masks to the workers.
MSDS or CHB must be available in the working area.
Clear all unnecessary materials and obstruction in the
area.
Highlight the hazard in the TBT to all workers.
All the workers engaged in fixing the PVC conduits shall
wear hand gloves.
Make sure that activities are properly coordinated to the
concern department.
 Foreman/ Supervisor/Worker need to inspect the floor before
start working on ladder.
 Safety Officer /Supervisor should inspect the ladder weather it
is in good condition.
 Incompetent worker should not work on the ladder.
 Worker should not lift any slippery or Heavy Material which
has potential to fall.
 Worker should not keep any material on the steps of the
ladder.

 A qualified and experienced plumber is needed to optimally
install this network of pipes to fit the sprinklers with high
volumes of water when the need arises.
 Ensure sprinkler installation according to NEPA 13 AND 14.
 Use necessary ppe while using sharp glass Materials.
 Before Starting the worker should be aware of power tools
and wear mandatory PPE.
 Tool Box should be conducted by safety officer before starting
the activity.
 Safety Officer / Supervisor /Foreman should inspect tools on
regular basis to avoid any incident. And Damage tools should
be removed from the site.
 Foreman/ Supervisor/Worker need to inspect the floor before
start working on ladder.
 Safety Officer /Supervisor should inspect the ladder weather it
is in good condition.
