before starting the job and closing the Work Permit once
task is done. See SA-G.I. 2.100.
 Get the permit validated for the specific day.
 If required, arrange for the disconnection of all affected
service lines in accordance with Isolation, Lockout and Use
of Hold tags process G.I 6.012.
