QUALITY CONTROLLER

POSITION: Quality Controller.

The Quality Controller is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of all services
and products. This role involves conducting comprehensive inspections, implementing
quality control processes, and collaborating with various teams to maintain and enhance the
overall quality and compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✓ Oversee and manage quality control processes for all services and products across
Head Office and all sites.
✓ Conduct detailed inspections and assessments of services, raw materials, in-
process items, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and
specifications.
✓ Perform and supervise tests and measurements using appropriate equipment and
methodologies.
✓ Document and report inspection findings, highlighting any deviations from quality
standards, and propose corrective actions.
✓ Collaborate with production, service, and management teams to identify and
resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
✓ Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and
documentation.
✓ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and client
requirements.
✓ Conduct regular audits and reviews of processes and systems to identify areas for
improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
✓ Provide training and support to staff on quality control processes, standards, and
best practices.
✓ Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to drive improvements and
ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:

✓ Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

✓ Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably in a
multi-service or mining environment.
✓ Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods, and standards
applicable to both products and services.
✓ Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.
✓ Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
