Resin Bond Diamond Wheels that is used for
maximum performance which reduces production
time and increases profits. These wheels help in
cutting and grinding various material efficiently.

► Resin bond wheel have excellent

characteristics in processing efficiency, free
cutting, surface finish, and minimal chipping.

► Resin bond wheels are usually used for wet

grinding, but they can be used for dry
grinding by using some filler to reduce heat
generated by grinding.

Metal bond

PR TECHNO provide metal bond wheel is binding
of materials of metallic powders. Metal bond
wheels have excellent grit retention and wear
resistance compared to resin bond wheels.

► Metal bond wheels are divided into the major

types bronze-type which is superior in grinding
ability. Cobalt type which is superior in wheel life
and steel-type which stands in the middle in
grinding capability.

resistance

mainly used in cutting tool industry, they are used
for fluting, gashing and clearance operations with
extremely high stock removal, long dressing
interval, low grinding force, excellent shape
retention.

Electroplated bond
Diamond/Cbn wheel
Electroplated tools can be made in various shapes,
so it will be an excellent option when the tool is with
complex profile. Free cutting, non-truing and
dressing, less heating.
Wheel hubs can be made of Aluminum and Steel,
the latter can also be replated, recycling the wheel
hub and regenerating the super abrasive coating.

thus ensures maximum utility of the diamond
