Roles &Responsibilities:
Internal Audit Functions

Perform all supervisory functions common to those of the supervisor level with attendant approval authority
common thereto.
Oversee the financial/accounting activities of in charge persons assigned to Review organizations or
Functions falling within area of responsibility.
Develop a comprehensive program of audit coverage for assigned unit.
Schedule audits and staff assignments to accomplish the program of audits in accordance with acceptable
audit standards and within the approved schedules.
Establish the purpose, scope and audit approach of each project or audit assigned to unit.
Plan and/or execute and/or reporting of internal audits to management.
Develop comprehensive risk based audit programs.
Deliver presentations to client’s management at the audit opening and closing meetings. Provide on-the-job
training and mentoring to inexperienced or less experienced staff.
Evaluate the performance and capabilities of the assisting staff auditors.
Assist the Company’s external Auditors, as required in their interim and year-end audit work.
Perform other assurance and consulting activities on internal controls as requested.

Finance/Accounting Functions

Handling the approval of payables-Supplier bills/sub-contractor bills for payments.

Verifying the purchase booking with all the relevant supporting documents.
Responsible for vendor, customer, Tax& Inter Company Accounts reconciliation.
Verifying disbursement of petty cash to various sites and monitoring the same.
Co-ordinate with purchase dept., sites and branch offices.
Looking after real estate, properties & Rent a car division as a whole.
