Dear Denise Delgado,

We are pleased to offer you conditional admissions to Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana-Central
Indiana campus for the fall semester of 2016, which begins August 22, 2016, to study for an Associate’s
of Science degree in Software Development. The estimated end date for the program in May 20, 2018.
You are being conditionally admitted because you have met all entrance requirements with the
exception of English proficiency and evaluation of your foreign educational credentials.

In order to change your admission status from “conditional” to “regular”, you must submit the following
documentation to the Ivy Tech Community College Admissions Office by July 1, 2016:

 Evaluation of international educational documents

 Proof of English proficiency

Prior to enrolling in classes, you will also need to:

 Complete a new student orientation

 Complete a basic skills assessment for initial course placement
