WORKSHOP PROCESS

1. State the Give the title in a way that gets attention.

by;

- Using questions and/or modules

5. Move them to Ask questions like;

- “What would be the ideal?”
- “How would you like to see it?”

6. Move to Here is where most of the learning happens.


Solutions One of the distinctives of a workshop is that the
leader does not “teach” in the traditional sense.
Instead, the trainer guides participants in a
journey of discovery by asking good questions.
Ask, “In What Ways Can We?”.
If the workshop is on a skill, this is where they
practice using the skill - role plays, groups
exercises, practice in pairs, etc.

7. Report and Talk about their practice or the solutions that

8. Summarize Utilize a stack or review main teaching points


or fundamentals.
9. Reflect This helps them determine what they learned.
Ask;
- What was the most important idea or concept
for you?”
- “What will you start doing, stop doing, do
differently?”
10. Make Give a challenge or assignment for after the
Application workshop that will help them to apply what they
have learned. Include a way for them to report
on the assignment.
