Summary:
The educational reform in our educational system is the most issues especially in the social life, because
the aim is educating learners and makes the purpose of knowledge to serving the individual and society
for the development of competencies, and this is the approach competencies which is introduced in the
education field as it is an alternative to the methodology of content, content and objectives, because it
looks at the teacher as a guide and mentor of the student to what read, hear and move towards a culture of
creativity not a culture of padding.
