Requesting all the G12 students to please proceed now to our gymnasium as we are
about to start our program. Let me also remind you that the registration form is at the hands of
your class secretary so before you take a seat, remember to register your name first. And as
much as possible, be responsible enough. Using of cellphone is prohibited and every one of you
was encouraged to bring your tumbler so there are no reasons for you to get up and be
distracted. Remember that you are here to attend an orientation, for you to learn and be
equipped. In a few minutes, we will already begin our orientation.
Take it seriously and listen attentively.
We (also) acknowledge the presence and unconditional support of the 3 G12 class advisers.
We have here ma’am …………. from ALPHA/BETA/GAMMA. We are extending our utmost
gratitude to you and your continuous support and motivation have molded us to be better
students.
PRELIMINARIES
My respect to our very dynamic and supportive school Principal II, Madame Estrellita A.
Morano, (to the Principal-in-charge of the KNHS Extension Class at San Isidro NHS and Head
Teacher I, Sir Renato M. Lumbre) to our equally competent Master Teachers, Ma’am Mercedita
M. Borela, Ma’am Maria Fe I. Molina, and Ma’am Corazon G. Lumbre, to our highly efficient
Senior High School/G12 teachers, and my co-G12 students, a pleasant morning!
Today, we are gathered here to attend the Orientation regarding the Conduct of Work
Immersion Program for School Year 2023-2024. Now, I believe that some of you are nervous,
afraid, and as well as excited especially since the first batch of deployment is already taking
place this coming Monday.
But let me tell you something that might help you to be motivated…..
“Students are like butterflies” We start our journeys like a tiny larva who is immature, young,
and wingless. But there is a criterion for a larva to turn into a beautiful butterfly --and that is
through the process called metamorphosis. And just like a larva, we, students also need to go
through phases and embrace changes for us to spread our wings and fly high.
To formally start our program, May I request everyone to please stand for the Interfaith Prayer
to be followed by the Philippine National Anthem, the DepEd Leyte Hymn, and the Kiling
National High School Hymn.
You may now be seated…….
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Behind the conduct of this Work Immersion is someone who has put a lot of passion and
dedication just to make everything run smoothly. And despite the circumstances, she believes
that it’s never tiring but rather fulfilling. And now, to give us the statement of purpose, let me call
on stage. Our very compassionate and effective subject teacher, Ma’am Mary Christine Cenita-
Lerios…
Thank you so much, ma’am. It’s indeed true that success doesn’t come to you, you go to it.
