Detachment of the old wiring:

- Make sure that the old wiring

is in accordance with the wiring
diagralll.
- Remove the connections of the old
wiring (1) from the connection
box (2) and safety edge (3).
- Detach the fixings (4) of the
wiring from the support (5)
fastened to the hanger.
- Detach the fixing (6) of the
wiring from the support (7) and
remove the wiring from the door.
- Enlarge the fixing hole of the
chain at the support (5) for
the M6 screw.
- At ADCl enlarge the fixing
holes of the chain at the
support (7) for the M6 screw.
At ADC2 and ADC3remove the
. support (7) by detaching the
fixing screws (8) and fasten
a new support (9) to the top
track by means of fixing screws
(8).

Installation of the wiring:

- Estimate the operation range

of the cable chain (10). If it
hits the shaft wall, shorten
the chain according to the table
in order to prevent the touch
or reverse the running direction
of the chain.
- Fit the cable into the chain.
Handedness of the cable: there
are 9 wires in the left-handed
version 87092G01 •• 8 including
wiring for the photocell
receiver, in the right-handed
cable 87092Gll ••• 18 there are
7 wires.
- Fasten the cable chain (10) to
the support (7) or (9) by means
of fixing screws (6).
- Fasten the cable chain (10)
with fixing screws (4) to the
support (5) fastened to the
door panel.

- Install the new wiring (11)

according to the wiring diagram.
Check that the door panels are
grounded. Add the grounding, if
it is missing.
- Fasten the wiring to the door
panel and to the gear body with
cable strips (12). Fasten the
bottom strip (12) at a height
of approx. 200 mm and 250 mm
far from the connection box.
- Fasten the end of the protected
wiring to the connection box by
means of a strip (13).
Coil extra length of the wiring
and fasten it to the car roof.
Make sure that the wiring
cannot get stuck to the landing
door coupler rollers, for example.
Check the operation of the
micro switches.
Finally, check the door operation.
Adjust, if needed.

Shortening of the cable chain:

- Push the points of the

circ1ip pliers (15) in
as shown in the figure.
Support the chain
firmly and press the
chain locking pins (14)
out by means of the
pliers.
- Special tool 871S0H03
for removing the
locking can be
ordered from SAG/SCHEIBBS.
