ADL-III-1250 Duct Production Line Ⅲ

1、Main Features:
1、The production line is consisted of feeding bracket, leveling & beading machine, hydraulic press for notch “V””□”,
hydraulic shearing machine, hydraulic edge-folding machine.
2、Full computer-controlled electrical parts
3、The controller with closed-loop feedback system: high accuracy and good reliability.
4、Max. working speed 16m/min, length error within ±0.5mm, diagonal error within ±0.8mm.
5、The line is very suitable for mass production of duct: high automation, less labor, high efficiency, material saving.
2、Main Functions:
1、Mainly used for manufacturing TDF flange straight tube and angle iron “C”-bone flange, daily production capacity
reaches to 800-2500 m2 .
2、Only need to input the size, can the production line finish the following processes automatically: uncoiling, leveling,
beading, notching, nipping, TDF flange forming, angle iron flange “C”-bone forming and folding square.
3、Leveling roller: Φ70 solid roller, 45# quenching & tempering steel, hard chrome-coated surface to ensure the service
life and leveling effect, and protect the plate surface from scratching.
4、Beading roller: Φ100 solid roller, 45# quenching & tempering steel, hard chrome-coated surface to ensure the service
life, beading effect and beautiful appearance, the beading slope distance 210mm.
5、Equipped with hydraulic shearing machine whose blade is made by 6CrWu2Si steel, ensuring shearing accuracy
within ±0.5mm without wire edge and burr
6、Equipped with hydraulic folding square machine, the die is made by 6CrWu2Si materials to ensure the die service life
and bending accuracy.
3、Basic Configuration:
Motor-driven feeding bracket: one set（2520*1850*1450mm）
Leveling & beading device: one group
Hydraulic notching machine: four sets with dies

4、Controller:
Use Germany Siemens PLC controller, through inverter motor, inverter, Omron decoder controls the entire operation
line, through system control pipe processing size to achieve Full Numerical Control production.
