Accounting Management System.

An accounting management system is an integrated

suite of software applications that helps businesses manage their financial transactions, reporting,

and analysis. It streamlines processes such as bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable,

payroll, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Billing and Payments. The processes involved in generating invoices for tuition and

fees, and managing the collection of payments from students. (Harris, 2021).

Enrollment System. An enrollment system functions through a software application that

allows users (Registrar, Accounting, Principal) to input, store, retrieve, and manage data related

to student registration. An enrollment system is a tool designed to streamline the process of

student registration and course management, ensuring efficient data handling and communication

within educational institutions (Smith, 2020).

Student Information. A management information system for educational institutions to

manage student data, including enrollment, grades, attendance, and other records. (Miller, 2019).

System. A system is a cohesive conglomeration of interrelated and interdependent parts

that are either natural or human-made. Every system has a boundary, is influenced by its

environment, and consists of elements, components, or parts that are organized in a structured

way to achieve a specific purpose or function. Systems can be simple or complex and can exist in

various fields, such as engineering, biology, sociology, and information technology. The key

characteristics of a system include inputs, processes, outputs, and feedback mechanisms that help

maintain its functionality and stability. (Luhmann, N. (2020).

Tuition Fees. The charges that students pay to attend courses at an educational

institution. (Brown,2021).
