Insurance:

I. Where can I get my Medical Card/Insurance Card?

Ecard is available in ESS portal, please click on to 'your medi-claim policy details' tab for
accessing the same. Medical card will get uploaded in ESS Portal within 30-45 days post
first month Salary gets processed.

II. Where can I find my Insurance benefits?

You can reach us through helpdesk link: https://employeehelpdesk.randstad.in/

III. How do I add Dependent Details?

a) Click Add Dependents tab to update the dependents details in ESS

Portal
b) Update the dependent Name, Relationship and Date of Birth and click the add
button which will be in the
bottom.
c) While adding the DOB birth of the dependents first select the year of birth, month
and date eg.(1998/06/18) to avoid default year getting
mapped
d) Please include all your dependent details one by one.

IV. Where I can check my insurance claim status?

Please click on the “ YOUR MEDICLAIM POLICY DETAILS” in the ESS portal and there you can
fine the “Your claims “ tab in which you can check the claim status

V. Where I can get the network list of hospitals?

Please click on the” YOUR MEDICLAIM POLICY DETAILS “ in the ESS portal, there will be an
option “Search hospital” in which you can find the list of network hospital
