Feasibility Study
The system has been developed for any users/students that have interest in universities papers. We have given a demo of our project and the users found the system friendly and easy to use. The interoperability with the existing system is also checked after uploading the website. The users of this site may be non-technical people wishing to access the PAPERGIRI. So they may face certain problems in using the user interface. So keeping this consideration in mind we have provided field for each and every field on the forms. The administrator also may be nontechnical, so the user interface is designed in such a way that it gets comfortable for the non-technical person to operate easily. Technical Feasibility: It determines if the system can be implemented using the current technology. This system has been developed using development tools like Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver CS 3 MSVisual Studio 2008 as front end and SQL Server 2005 as backend. This was also new to us but it didnt take much effort and time to get used to it. Economical Feasibility: The company being a well-to-do company didnt have any problem in buying any software that was required in developing the application. The softwares we used were readily available. So as such we didnt face any economical constrains. Implementation Feasibility: This web application can easily be made available online without much consideration of the hardware and software. The only required thing at the applicants side is the Internet connection and a web browser, which are a no difficult issue these days. A database server and application server are required to set up at the admin side. After setting up the project online, even the administrator can access the system from anywhere.

Software Process Model- Incremental model

The incremental model combines elements of the waterfall model applied in an iterative fashion. It applies linear sequences. Each linear sequence produces deliverable increments of the software. For example, word processing software developed using the incremental paradigm might deliver basic file management, editing, and document production functions in the first increment; more sophisticated editing and document production capabilities in the second increment; spelling and grammar checking in the third increment and so on. When an incremental model is used, the first increment is often a core product. That is, basic requirements are addressed, but many supplementary features remain undelivered. As a result of use and/or evaluation, a plan is developed for the next increment. The incremental process model, like prototyping and other evolutionary approaches, is iterative in nature. Incremental development is particularly useful when staffing is unavailable for a complete implementation by the business dealing that has been established for the project. In addition, increments can be planned to manage technical risks. For example, a major system might require the availability of new hardware that is under development and whose delivery date is uncertain.
