I will practise different breathing methods to relax my body and mind to reduce stress. Disease and health both are rooted in thoughts, thus I will bring in good and positive thoughts to dissipate the ills of my body. Body is a servant of mind; thus, we need to train our mind. Our subconscious mind handles the body and thus I will take all my efforts to train my subconscious mind. ' Key rule to success - Fake it till you make it '. The placebo effect often works out very well. I totally believe in the law of least effect which states that accept people the way they are and take responsibility of your actions. With the end of this course. I agree that we need to chose our wisely because what we think generates a vibration which influences how we feel and impacts what we attract and creates a reality. Always remember that power is within yourself and you can decide what you want in life and act accordingly. To begin to inculcate positive thoughts in my life I have started manifesting my ideas and thoughts in a journal. I daily write a journal to express my emotions so as to feel free. Whether we are aware of them or not, every individual has their core set of values, which consist of many different kinds of values. Each individual’s value system is different from one another because an individual’s values are built up through one’s life experience, environment, and family background, persistence and trustworthiness. I believe that every person must have some hobbies. It keeps them engaged and act as great conversation starters. I enjoy reading books, creating art and playing chess. I also like solving puzzles, singing songs and watching movies.
