Orani Suhay Foundation

Orani, Bataan

Subject: Application for Financial Assistance or Scholarship Program

Dear Orani Suhay Foundation,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. My name is Roneline Lizada, a 21-
year-old incoming third-year college student at Bataan Peninsula State University - Main Campus
currently taking Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering. I am writing to you with utmost respect
and sincerity, seeking your assistance in my pursuit of education. I am the first child of a single-parent
mother who works as a minimum wage earner. Despite her persistent efforts, we still face considerable
monetary constraints. The income she generates is insufficient to cover the costs associated with my
college education, particularly the daily transportation expenses to and from the university. I also have
two high school younger sisters who also have their fair share of educational expenses that my mother
carry on her back.
As a dedicated student, I am driven to succeed academically and ensure a better future for myself
and my family. However, the reality of our financial condition is a challenging issue that I face. I
currently rely on scholarship programs and external financial aid to meet my educational expenses. I am
aware of the commendable initiatives and support programs your office has spearheaded for the
betterment of the community. Understanding the importance of education as a key driver of progress, I am
reaching out to humbly request your consideration for inclusion as a beneficiary of the financial
assistance program.
Receiving financial aid would alleviate the burden on my mother and allow me to concentrate
more on my education without having to worry about meeting basic needs. Your aid will have an
influence not only on my academic career but also on the well-being of my family. I appreciate your time
and consideration of my request. I realize the tremendous obligations that come with your organization,
and I appreciate your effort to improve the lives of our community's citizens. Thank you for your
unwavering commitment to help students who are in need, and I look forward to the possibility of being
considered for the cash assistance program. Your support will undoubtedly make a significant difference
in my educational pursuits.

Yours sincerely,
Roneline C. Lizada
