Dear Parent

An international leisure tour has been arranged to Singapore for 4 nights and 5 days (from
Monday, 13 May to Friday, 17 May 2024) for Grades 5 to12.

The details for the tour are given below:

Visa Documents Requirements:

 A valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months

 2 photographs with white background 35 mm x 45 mm with
80% face visible
 The NOC of both the parents in the given format along with
ID proof including (Passport photocopy, PAN Card, Voter ID,
or DrivingLicense)
 Photocopy of bank statement for the last six months
Accommodation  4-nights and 5-days stay
 The accommodation will be in 3-star hotels on a twin
sharing basis.
Transportation  Pick up and drop off from the airport - by a private AC bus
 Local transport - by private AC bus

Meals  During the tour, there will be 4 unlimited meals daily.

 Breakfast - continental and Indian, High Tea.
 Lunch and dinner- Indian buffet in Indian restaurants.

Time for meals  Breakfast : 07.00 am to 09.00 am

 Lunch : 12.00 pm to 02.00 pm
 High Tea : 05.00 pm to 06.00 pm
 Dinner : 07.30 pm to 09.00 pm
Tour cost and instalment Tour Cost – ₹ 1,25,000/- per learner.
details 1) 1st instalment to be paid is 50% before 10 February 2024
2) 2nd instalment to be paid is 50% before 15 March 2024

The tour cost includes  All transportation and airport taxes

 Mumbai to Singapore and return journey - by flight
 Visa and insurance
 Pick up and drop off from airport – by private AC bus
 Local transport - by private AC bus
 3-star hotel accommodation (twin sharing)
 All meals:
o Breakfast, High Tea – Continental and Indian in the hotel.
Lunch and dinner – Indian buffet in the restaurant

o Fountain of Wealth
o City Hall
o Orchard Road
o Swissotel the Stamford – the tallest hotel in Singapore
o Parliament House
o The Esplanade
o Taking a photo stop at Merlion – Symbol of Singapore
 The other attractions include:
o Madame Tussauds Wax Museum
o Cable car ride from Mt. Faber to Sentosa Island
o Gardens by the Bay – Flower Dome + Cloud Forest
o Sound and light show
o Universal Studio and Night Safari
o Asia’s biggest SEA aquarium
o Wings of Time
o Asia’s largest bird park – Mandai Bird Paradise

Currency exchange  Forex has several offices around Singapore.

 Weather  In May, weather conditions may vary from being warm to having
rain. Please carry an umbrella.

Language  Most of the people speak good English. Tamil and Malay are the
second most spoken languages in Singapore.

Insurance  All learners and teachers are insured. We are carrying travel
insurance of USD 50,000 which covers the medical expenses of
your ward as per the terms and conditions of the company.

Cancellation  In case the tour is cancelled/postponed by the organisers:

o Under the clause of Force Majeure, 20% of the tour cost
willbe retained with the remaining 80% being refunded
(except for airline).
o Airline charges, on such cancellations, will be as per the
airlinecancellation policy.
o Visa charges, insurance charges, and any other out-of-
pocket expenses that have been charged would be non-
refundable.
 In case the participant cancels the planned travel:
o The cancelation charges applicable 30 days before the
tour willbe 50% of the tour cost.
o The cancelation charges applicable 15 days before the
tour willbe 100% of the tour cost.
o Airline charges, on such cancelation, will be as per the
airline cancellation policy.
o Visa charges, insurance charges, and any other out-of-
pocket expenses that may have been charged would be
non-refundable.

Kindly note:

 Your child is travelling with schoolteachers. Each team has 20 children and 1 teacher.The
teacher will always be there with your child.
 A brief itinerary will be provided shortly.

The last date for registration is 10 February 2024.
