Gravid uterus containing single fetus in breech presentation with no gross body
movement and no cardiac activity demonstrated. Amniotic fluid is reduced.
Placenta location is at the fundal segment; Sonographic features are consistent
with missed miscarriage.

CRL: 72.7mm
AUA: 13 weeks 5 days.

Both adnexae are bilaterally free.

There is no significant fluid collection in the pouch of Douglas.

The cervix is closed.

IMPRESSION: MISSED MISCARRIAGE AT 13 WEEKS 5 DAYS.

POST-EVACUATION USG IS ADVISED.
