Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Add

Break the eggs into a bowl and beat together.

In a small bowl, mix together the horseradish sauce

Gently warm both sides of the deli wrap in a dry

Preheat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.

White’ Deli Wraps Boil the potato pieces until cooked through, drain and
then crush with a fork.
350g potatoes, peeled,

Heat the olive oil in a wok over a medium heat and

Firstly make the onion chutney – place the onion,

Spread 2 mini wraps with half of the houmous.

Grill, or if desired, fry the beefburger for the suggested
2 Mission ‘Original’ Deli amount of time ensuring the meat is thoroughly

until the cheese melts.

Gently warm both sides of the wrap in a dry

2 slices tomato on a work surface and fold in half.
Tomato ketchup Arrange the lettuce leaves on one half of the folded
wrap, place the beefburger over the lettuce followed
by the tomato and fold the other side over the
ingredients. (Depending on the size of the beefburger,
you may prefer to use only half the burger per wrap).

Serve immediately with tomato ketchup, if desired.

Prep time: 10 minutes


M AK ES 1
Preheat the oven to 180C (350F). Heat the olive oil in a
1 Mission ‘Original’ Deli heavy saucepan over medium heat, gently sauté the
Wrap garlic for 1 minute.
1 tablespoon olive oil Place the Deli Wrap on a baking tray and spread
1 clove garlic, finely diced the garlic oil evenly over it. Arrange the mozzarella
cheese and tomatoes over the garlic oil, up to about
2 cm from the edges, overlapping one slice of cheese
and one slice of tomato. Season with salt and freshly
ground black pepper and bake the pizza in the
middle third of a preheated oven for 7 to 8 minutes,
until the edge is slightly golden and the cheese is
melted.

125g Galbani® Mozzarella Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil on top of the pizza and

Fry the onion in the oil until soft and golden, about 15

Preheat a griddle or large non-stick frying pan over a

Mix together the cream cheese and garlic and

Preheat your grill to high and warm through the

Divide the chilli con carne between the tortillas,
400g leftover chilli con sprinkle over a small handful of cheese and
carne coriander, then roll up the wraps tightly.

Transfer to an oven-proof dish seam-side down, and

4 x Mission ‘Original’ Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onions over a

4 Mission ‘Original’ Deli Firstly in a small pan place the brown sugar, butter,

stir over a medium heat until well mixed, remove from
heat and pour into a small serving bowl.

Remove parcels from oven and serve with the sauce,


once cooled slightly.
