Wedlock (Marriage/Nikah), according to the principles and guidelines of
Muslim Personal Law with SABA MAQBOOL D/O MOHD MAQBOOL
WANI R/O SOLINA PAYEEN, SRINAGAR, JAMMU AND KASHMIR,
(India) on 12th DHUL-QA’DAH 1443 Hijri Corresponding to 12TH JUNE
2022, Sunday, at Marriage Hall Khal Natipora, Srinagar, Kashmir. The
Nikah Nama/Marriage Contract was executed on the same day, the bridegroom
was present in person and bride was represented by her attorney at the time of
solemnization of Nikah Ceremony in presence of witnesses mentioned in Nikah
Nama.
For all purposes whatsoever the above mentioned Abid Hussain Rah & Saba
Maqbool shall be considered as Husband and Wife as per Muslim Personal Law.
