LANDLORD AGREEMENT WITH THE TENANTS AT 29, ANUOLUWAPO

STREET, SANGO OTA, OGUN STATE.

 After the first year payment,the next/second year payment should

be in 6 months installment payment each.
 No pets are allowed in the compound.
 Daily sweeping of the compound must be done by a hired sweeper,
tenants are to pay 6000 Naira per year.
 The gate should be locked at 10pm daily(to avoid security issues).
 Electricity bills(Nepa) must be paid before or at the 15th of every
month.
 Security(Night guard bills) must be paid alongside with the tenant’s
rent.
 Tenants are responsible for any damages in their flat/apartment.
