Responsibilities:

1. Accounting: Prepare financial statements in accordance with IND AS/ US GAAP principles
2. Bookkeeping: Manage the monthly financial book closing process, including ensuring all
revenue and expenses are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries and account
balance reconciliations.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting process and monitoring
performance by preparing variance analysis reports.
4. Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on financial regulations, accounting
standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and labour laws and ensure timely compliance
concerning payments and filings.
5. Audit Management: Conduct internal audits to assess financial operations as well as
communicate with external auditors for annual filing.
6. MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to
senior leadership, highlighting critical financial insights and performance indicators.
7. Systems and Software Management: Develop and manage financial systems and
accounting software.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or

related field.
2. Experience: Proven track record in financial reporting, taxation, and auditing practices.
Experience in a Saas company is an added advantage.
3. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Tally, ERP, Excel etc.
