We are excited to kick off the 10th SelectUSA Investment Summit beginning next
week on June 23-26, 2024! Below are a few important details to keep in mind to
make your attendance at the Investment Summit a success.

Scan & Go: Badge Pick-Up

Pick up your badge early! Bring your physical government issued photo identification
and the QR code below to receive your badge in the Convention Center Foyer on
Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Print this QR Code or have it
ready on your mobile device at check-in for easy badge pickup. NOTE: Pictures of
your identification will not be accepted.

You MUST wear your badge at ALL times while attending events at the 2024
SelectUSA Investment Summit. Do not lose your badge, as badges will NOT be
reprinted.

Parking Information
On-site parking fee:

US$36 (per day/tax included)

SelectUSA Investment Summit attendees staying at the hotel will receive
a $10 per-day discount off of parking. Attendees not staying at the hotel
will be able to pick up a $10 off discount voucher at the Investment
Summit Registration desk each day.
Valet parking: US$59 (per day/tax included)

SelectUSA Tech Pavilion

Below are important reminders to help in your preparations:

SelectUSA Tech startups can secure a space on a first come, first served basis per
day when the Exhibition Hall is open. Startups can exhibit in the Tech Pavilion one
day, two days, or all three days.

Startups must check-in at the Exhibitor Services desk.

A SelectUSA representative will scan your attendee badge and direct you
to a self-print station to print out the tabletop sign with your startup name.
The sign must be visible on the table to keep your reserved space.
Each SelectUSA Tech participant will have approximately two (2) feet of
space at one of the available communal networking tables within the
SelectUSA Tech Pavilion.
What you CAN have at your space:
Printed marketing materials such as flyers and brochures
Business cards
One laptop or iPad
Small signage (no wider than 12”, no taller than 16”)
A small product sample
What you CANNOT have at your space:
Pull up banners or large signs (wider than 12”, taller than 16”)
Large amounts of marketing give-away/swag
Large displays
Computer monitors/TVs
Suitcases and large personal items

Investment Academy: Reminder that the Sunday – Wednesday Investment
Academy sessions are open to all participants. We encourage you to attend
and network with other participants at these targeted, in-depth sessions.

Plan for our Evening Events

Date/Time: Sunday, June 23 at 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

What/Where: Welcome Reception at the National Museum of
American History
Buses will pick up participants at the bus loop near the
Gaylord National Convention Center's parking garage
beginning at 5:45 p.m. and running on a continuous loop.
The last bus leaving to return to the Gaylord National
Convention Center will leave the National Museum
of American History at 9:00 p.m.
Date/Time: Monday, June 24 at 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
What/Where: State and Local Night Reception in the Prince
George's Exhibition Hall

Date/Time: Tuesday, June 25 at 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

What/Where: Networking Reception in the Prince George's Exhibition Hall

Date/Time: Tuesday, June 25 at 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

What/Where: The 10th Investment Summit Reception in the
Potomac Ballroom

Simultaneous Language Interpretation

Simultaneous interpretation is available during the Plenary Sessions

in the following languages: Arabic, French, German, Japanese,
Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

New for 2024: Scan the Ouispeak QR Code to get translation

services on your smart device.
Bring your own headphones and mobile device to utilize this service. A limited
amount of headsets are available. ASL and captioning are also provided.

Investment Summit Attire

Please note that Investment Summit participants should be dressed in business attire
at all times.​​
