1. Aspirational blocks of Bihar will also be developed on the lines of aspirational


districts.

• Thinking camps will be organized at the Panchayat level for the blocks where

2. NITI Aayog released ‘Compendium of Best Practices in Water Management – 3.0’.

3. NITI Aayog has released a report titled- Export Preparedness Index 2022.

• Tamil Nadu has topped in EPI 2022, followed by Maharashtra and Karnataka.
• Uttarakhand secured the top position among hilly/Himalayan states in the EPI 2022.
It is followed by Himachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Sikkim, Nagaland, Meghalaya,
Arunachal Pradesh, and Mizoram.
• Haryana topped the chart among the landlocked regions, indicating its preparedness
for exports.

4. Delta Ranking

• Rajnandgaon district (Chattisgarh) got the third place in the country in the delta
ranking released by NITI Aayog for the field of agriculture and water resources
under the aspirational district.

5. NITI Aayog unveiled the latest version of the India Energy Security Scenarios
(IESS) 2047 V3.0, an open-source tool designed to evaluate the integrated impact of
various green energy policies of the Government of India.

assessing a technology’s readiness and communicate more effectively about
the risks and opportunities associated with a given technology by utilizing
standard language to express the maturity of a technology.

o Market Readiness Level (MRL) is a methodology used to evaluate how close
to the market the project outputs.

7.NITI Aayog released the ‘National Multidimensional Poverty Index: A Progress


Review 2023’.

• India has registered a decline in the number of multidimensionally poor from


24.85% in 2015-16 to 14.96% in 2019-2021.
• NITI Aayog is the nodal agency for the National MPI, ranking States and UTs
based on their performance.
