DC switch is built in LRH555, but the DC switch will be valid in the field of ascension due to the influence of the
residual voltage of motor coil, which can be solved by independent power supply.
The maximum current of the rectifier SRH555 RH555/LRH555/RH555S/SRB270/RB270 are 0.75 A (80 ℃), FRH555
is 1.5 A (80 ℃).
Frequency of input power supply of rectifier is 50-60Hz, frequency conversion power supply mustn't be chosen as
input of rectifier.

Fast braking wiring diagram Fast braking curve

UHT full-wave and half-wave rectifiers both come with DC-side switching, that is, the fast braking function,
whose wiring diagram is as shown in the figure. The power (except for the independent power supply of the
brake) is tapped from phase A and B of the motor, which are connected to the input terminal of the rectifier.
For the brake, the positive (+) and negative (-) ends follows the convention of blue + and black- when being
connected to the rectifier. A normally open contact, which is synchronized with the motor, should be installed
between the two terminals with a switch mark on the rectifier.

Slow braking wiring diagram Slow braking Curve

If fast braking is not required,The 4-terminal rectifier supplied by UHT can be used. In this case, the
power (except for the independent power supply of the brake) is tapped from phase A and B of the motor.
The phases are connected to the AC input terminal of the rectifier. For the brake, the connection to the
positive (+) and the negative (-) ends of the rectifier follows the convention of blue (+) and black (-).
Alternatively, a 6-terminal brake with a quick brake function can be used and in this case it needs only to
short the two switch terminals.

UHT provides a rectifier with over-excitation function, which can ensure that the brake can achieve
faster speed in both the starting and braking directions. The wiring principle is the same as that of the fast
braking rectifier, only should be paid attention with line sequence.
