Do you prefer to be a team leader or a team member?

Being a team leader or team member is bringing experiences for

everyone. From my point of view, I prefer to be a team leader because of
several reasons: to be more confident, and mature, help me find ways to solve
problems and control my work process.

Firstly, one of the reasons that make me become a team leader is to help
me more confident and mature. When becoming a team leader, you must
represent your team to meet requirement of works by answering questions or
reactions. For example, when I am a freshman in university, I am a team leader
in accounting subject, I need to divide the task among my team member and
answer the question of my teacher about my team assignment. This makes me
more confident speaking loudly with crowed people.

Second, it helps me find a way to solve problems. In more detail, in my

team, there are many different opinions from all members, so I need to sort and
get a final solution. In order to choose the best solution, I need to read more and
refer to resources. It helps me to widen my knowledge.

Finally, when becoming a team leader, I can easily control my work

process, which is better for my time management. You can allocate and
concentrate on the quality of works.
