Subject: Letter of Intent

Dear Sir
We are a company registered in Indonesia engaged in trading of agricultural products. We want to
share a business opportunity with you that one of the biggest importer of rice in Indonesia intend
to import rice in bulk quantities. We have potential to work on this deal and connect the buyer with
genuine sellers in Vietnam who have enough past performance record and capability to export rice
bulk shipments. In case of successful shipments, we would like to have brokerage fee from seller
side which will be 2% of the Invoice value.
Detail of buyer requirement is as bellow:
Commodity : Vietnam White rice - 5%broken ( spec as our request )
Price. : 600 USD / ton CIF jakarta port
Volume : 500,000 tons
Payment. : 100% LC atsight
Documents. : document export
Please send FCO immediately, as well as an invitation letter so we can visit the factory.
