NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS.

1. THAT the Vendor has agreed to sell and the purchaser has agreed to buy

4. THAT the purchaser shall take vacant possession of the above said plot
immediately on execution of his agreement.
5. That the vendor has undertaken to obtain all the relevant documents-
i.e. the land control board consent, to sign all the relevant documents
and attend all the land control boards in order to facilitate the
succession/transfer process.
6. THAT it is agreed by the parties that in case of default by the vendor he
shall refund the total amount paid plus a 30% of the total amount paid
and in case of default by the purchaser, he shall forfeit 30% of all the
money he has paid to the vendor.
