Just A Little Moment

"For the last time Hak, I'm not helpless!!" Yona said as she punch the thunder beast's back
while she's carried like a sack of potatoes.

"I didn't said that, princess." Hak rolled his eyes, unfazed at the weak punches threw on his
back.

"Your action proves it." The princess pointed out as she put her elbow on his back and let
him carry her.

"Ok, you got me there princess... But it's either me or that green beast." Hak sighed and
continued walking to find the rest of their group.

"I hate you." She said without any meaning to it. Why would she hate her protector?

"I know." Hak replied taking it as it is.

"Princess..." Hak hesitated.

"Yes?" Yona answered calmly.

"We need to take shelter, it's getting dark. Maybe tomorrow morning we can continue t
o locate those dragons." Hak set down the princess.

"Ok then." Stretching herself, she then proceed to trail behind her companion.

"Hak, why are you so quiet?" Yona asked as she poked his shoulder.

"I'm sleepy." He replied nonchalantly.

"I know you're lying." Yona stomped her way in front of him to stop his walk.

"No princess, you don't." Hak ruffled the princess hair, and proceed to walk.

"Hey! We've been with each other's side. I know that you know when I'm lying and I als
o know when you're lying. You can't hide it just like how I can't hide mine too." She said
as she grabbed Hak's shoulder and glared at him. Hak sighed and took the princess grip off of
him and proceed to kneel down the princess.

"I'm sorry princess..." Hak bowed his head. Yona stood shock to see her friend like that.

"I'm sorry that I'm being a 'jerk' or 'stupid' to you. I just can't accept the fact that you'
re here, not in the safety of the castle. Safe from this outside harsh world. I even let you
hold a sword. I had failed the King." Yona saw how he tightly gripped his weapon. Yona
lowered herself in front of his form.
"Hak, this is not your fault. Not anyone's fault, but mine..." Hak then looked at the
princess sad smile, about to contradict the princess claim.

"No, Hak. Listen, I willingly come with you and you tried not to. But I'm too stubborn,
Hak. And being in outside the castle is harsh... Er, well... A little, but aside that. I'm gra
teful to learn new things I can't learn inside the castle..." Yona puts her forehead on his,
closing her eyes. She smiled.

"And its okay with me holding a sword or a weapon, Father came in my dreams..." Hak
gasped.

"What did he say, Princess?" Hak questioned.

"He said he was proud of me and you're a jerk." Yona grinned as Hak sat there frozen. He
hesitated to pull the princess back when she pull back from their head lock. He looked at the
princess and put two and two together.

"Funny, Princess" the princess then giggled as Hak sported a poker face. Berating himself
for falling to the princess schemes.

"It is, if you saw your face! Haha! Wait, until I tell this to Yoon... And Kija or Shin-
ah, Zeno... Oh! How about Jae-ha?" The princess laughed more.

"Whatever, princess..." Hak rolled his eyes.

"I think I heard Hak from there..." Someone said as the two childhood friends stood to
saw their fellow companions.

"Yona dear, I'm so glad to see you! Give me a hug!" Jae-ha proceed to hug the red hair
princess when a sharp long sword block his way.

"Droopy eyes..." Hak greeted. The others proceeded to greet the princess

"Er... Well Hak, you want a hug too? No problem!" The princess looked at her protector
with a small smile.

'I already beg for Father's forgiveness, Hak. He'll understand that. And he will forgive the
two of us.'
