A message from Kevin Mace

Vice President, Global Implementation

Successful implementation of every product and service we provide is extremely important to our
customers and their patients, and we take that responsibility seriously. From the moment that
we engage in partnership with you, our team will work diligently to provide a successful conclusion
with the shortest possible project duration. Our goal is to get our products into your hands as
quickly as possible to benefit your department operational workflow and your patient’s needs.

Our implementation team is regionally based and dedicated to local

customers, whilst further supported by a global functional team
who provide additional expertise as required. Our goal is to minimize
department disruption and clinical downtime whilst delivering the
highest quality work and professionalism. We have a united sense
of purpose around delivering value by enabling faster time to clinical
operation and patient treatment, as we continually strive to improve
our performance and reduce the burden on your department that every
upgrade or installation entails.

We are able to support any implementation related questions, both

pre- and post-sale should you have them. For complex projects, this begins with our planning
teams who will analyze the initial quote and offer advice on compatibility and implementation
impact. We then hand off to our Project Management team who manage your implementation
project from order creation to acceptance and project closure, and will be your main point of
contact during the entire process. We use our highly skilled and experienced installation engineers
to handle both the physical and remote installation work, whilst keeping you fully up to date as
the work progresses. We look forward to collaborating closely with you on all new and existing
relationships over the coming years.

Installation
Let us make it happen together

Moving large, heavy, and technically advanced equipment requires a highly skilled team with
unique training and experience. Our global teams are very specialized in the safe delivery and
assembly of all our sensitive medical equipment.

Following the mechanical installation, our engineers will start up, align, and calibrate the system.
We then partner with your onsite personnel to validate the equipment installation to ensure it
meets specification and your expectations. For new software installations or clinical upgrades, our
software engineers will perform installation tasks and validation onsite or remotely.

Finally, we hand over your equipment to you and the local service organization for continued care.
