Cabin Crew are representatives of the airline they occupy. Working as a Cabin
Crew is an adventure. It includes free travel to nice exotic places but it is also a
job which requires a high level of responsibility to ensure the safety and comfort
of passengers during the flight.

Under the supervision of the Station Manager, the Station Attendant welcomes,
informs and assists airport passengers on arrival and departure. The Check In
Agent is a commercial of the airline.
From the registration of the passengers and their baggage to their boarding, the
station manager manages the whole customer relationship during the stopover
time (the time during which the plane is on the ground). It is therefore a key
element of the terminal because it is in direct contact with the passengers, the
crew of the aircraft, but also the various services (security, hotels, etc.)
On the job training is provided to all students to familiarise themselves with the duties of a check in agent.
