Sub- request to fast reinforcement of the proposal approved by previous principal sir C.B. mehta

Dear Sir,

I am writing this application to request the fast reinforcement of the proposal approved by the previous
principal. As you may be aware, the previous principal had approved a proposal that was aimed at
improving the infrastructure and facilities of the college. The proposal was a vital step towards making our
college a better place for students to learn and grow.

Unfortunately, the implementation of the proposal has been delayed, and it has not yet been fully
reinforced. This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience to the students and is hindering their learning
experience. We request that you fast-track the reinforcement of the proposal to ensure that our college
remains a competitive and attractive option for students.

The proposal included several important initiatives, such as

BCA being a great financial asset for the college so equipped DIT lab with latest technology,web
cam ,interactive class and give it to bCA department.
For common college functions like farewell and freshers 2 performances are always reserved for self
financing course (coordinators have to ensure this)
In common college affairs like farewell,freshers,college trip the teachers of self financing course should
have reserved positions in important committees to ensure no discrimination and participation of SFC
students.
Inter faculty competition both sports and cultural should be there so that students get the opportunity to
represent there department if not college and there is healthy completion between department and no
Department will feel left out .

We urge you to take immediate action to reinforce the proposal and ensure that the necessary resources are
allocated to its implementation. We understand that you have several important tasks to oversee, but we
believe that the timely reinforcement of this proposal will be a crucial step towards the growth and success
of our college.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we hope that you will take the necessary steps to ensure the
speedy reinforcement of the proposal.
