code of staff related account and obtaining benefit under invite and earn instant
cash-back scheme at
Delwada Branch, Gandhinagar Region

Thanks for reaching out for clarification. | refer to your queries and want
to submit my
clarification as below.

1) The referrals-based amount transterred in the account 02250100028397 in which the

principal holder is Kunjan Gavint. Branch has her clarification dtd 10" July, 2023

2) For the second query regarding unauthorized

want to stat that by her clarification it is clear that the reverse
the cuStomer on account after she has settled all the
transfer was made through
customers in cash provided the fact
that there is no customer complaints regarding this transfers
because it has also done on
their mutual understanding.
3) The third query regarding my mobile number seeded in customer
account is that I am
associatcd with the numbcr 7405491628 only. ! want to stat that it was a
campaign and at the time of mobile banking campaign we have immense insist offlagship
higher
authorities for activating maximum number of mobile banking. Being a rural
