【3】、Treatment theory：

The semiconductor laser therapy device uses the 980nm and1470nm wavelength fiber-coupled

laser to treat the needle with a disposable lipolysis fiber, precisely locates excess fat and fat in the

body, directly hits the target tissue fat cells, and rapidly dissolves and liquefies. The instrument

mainly acts on deep fat and superficial fat, and transfers the energy directly to the fat cells for

uniform heating. During the heating process, the connective tissue and fat cell structure can be

changed by controlling the heat, and the adipose tissue has a photothermal effect (so that the fat is

dissolved). And the photodynamic effect (separating the fat cells from the normal tissue)

decomposes the fat cells to make them evenly liquefied, and the fat liquid is excreted through the

ultra-fine positioning needle, which fundamentally reduces the number of fat cells, effectively

avoids postoperative rebound.

1470nm semiconductor laser has high cutting efficiency and can be transmitted through optical fiber. It
can be absorbed by both hemoglobin and cell water. The heat can be concentrated in small tissues,
rapidly vaporize and decompose tissues, with less heat damage, and has the advantages of
coagulation and hemostasis. It is suitable for minimally invasive surgery such as tumor resection,
surgery, prostatectomy, varicose veins, etc.

C. When replacing the optical fiber, be sure to tighten it, but do not use too
much force. Do not touch the optical fiber input port and optical fiber output
port with your hands! So as not to get into the dust.

【9】、Operate guide：

After power-on, do not look directly at the hand piece plug with the naked eye, the 980nm and 1470nm

output light is invisible! However, the damage caused by the laser to the eyes is irreversible and can

be protected by wearing laser glasses or eye masks.

●Setup aiming：Click the adjust lamp, the aiming lamp in screen will on, there are three brightness,

you can Click the adjust lamp, it is loop setup.

●Setup power：Click the energy adjustment button + or - energy value. The 980 nm laser

and 1470 nm laser are output at the same time.

●Setup Pulse: Click the pulse width adjustment button + or - pulse width value.
The highest value is 60 ms.

●Setup Frequency: Click the frequency adjustment button + or - frequency value.

The highest value is 9Hz.

●Continuous mode: To use continuous mode, click this button .

●Pulse mode: To use pulse mode, click this button .

●Current times: Display value The number of lasers emitted after this power-on.

It is automatically cleared after shutdown.

●Total times: The displayed value is the total number of lasers emitted by the machine

and will not be cleared after shutdown. If you need to clear, you can press and hold the display value.

（5）After the setting is completed, click the button and step on the foot switch to start working.

To pause or adjust the parameters, press the button to stop working and enter standby mode.
【10】、Instrument maintenance and care

（1）The optical fiber is easily broken. It is forbidden to bend less than the minimum radius of the bend

when laying. It is forbidden to pile up pressure on the optical fiber. It is forbidden to step on the foot.

The optical fiber is lightly handled when laying. It is forbidden to pull hard.

（2）This instrument is strictly prohibited to be dismantled. Please contact us if there is any trouble.

（3）In order to ensure the normal use of the instrument, purchase or replacement of the spare parts of

the instrument, please contact the company directly.

【 Attention 】 The customer only needs to carry out daily cleaning and maintenance of the

instrument or the simple fault elimination under the guidance of our company's engineering

personnel. Other maintenance work should be performed by the company's technical staff.

【 warning 】 Before you maintain this instrument, you must turn off the power and dial out the

power cord. Powered maintenance is harmful to both power and equipment.

 【Pay attention】
A. Be sure to connect the fiber optic handpiece before
turning it on! Never have a laser output when there is a fiber
cap on the main unit! After use, be sure to install a protective
sleeve on the fiber output port to prevent dust and
contamination of the laser.
B. Laser lipolysis must be carried out under the supervision
of a professional physician.

C. When replacing the fiber, be sure to tighten it, but do not

use too much force. Do not touch the fiber input port and the
fiber output port! In order to avoid dust, this process needs
to be operated in a dust-free environment. (Figure 20)Under
the microscope confirm that the fiber input port and the fiber
output port are clean (Figure 21, Figure 22). Wipe the fiber
port with a fiber cleaning wipe (Figure 24) when there are
stains (Figure 23).
D. The process of connecting or replacing the handpiece
must be fast and not dusty! It must be done in a clean
environment, not contaminating the end face, or the laser
will burn out.

 Laser burnout is not covered by the warranty
and the replacement cost is very high.

E. Confirm at least twice under the microscope, and then

output the laser. The first pass is to confirm that the end face
of the optical fiber is clean, and the second pass is to insert
the optical fiber into the laser output port of the instrument,
and then pull it out, and then check under the microscope
whether the end face of the optical fiber is clean!
