Company, the deponent herein do hereby solemnly affirm and declare

1. I am the authorized representative of the Defendants in the

above suit. I am conversant with the facts of the case and I am
competent to swear to this affidavit.

2. I state that the Conversion Certificate produced as Document

No. 1 is a digitally signed copy that was downloaded and stored
in electronic format and I have produced a hard copy / print out
of the same as available on the server of my work computer at
my office.

3. I state that the invoices produced as Document No. 3 and the

payment acknowledgment for invoices produced as Document

my work computer at my office.

5. I state that the Credit Note No. 42 dated 12/03/2021 produced
as Document No. 10 is stored in electronic format and I have
produced a hard copy / print out of the same as available on the
server of my work computer at my office.

6. I state that the receipts for purchase of the alternate tickets by

the Defendant No. 1, produced as Document No. 14 is stored in
electronic format and I have produced a hard copy / print out of
the same as available on the server of my work computer at my
office.

7. The work computer is in my control and being used by me

regularly is located and placed at my office at No.30/2, PDA
House, Spencer road, Puli Keshi Nagar, Frazer Town, Bengaluru-
560 005. The details of the aforementioned work computer and
printer is given below.
