The appellants’ REQUESTS FOR ORAL ARGUMENT in the above-styled

cases are hereby GRANTED. If any party decides to waive oral argument and not
appear, that party shall notify the Clerk, opposing counsel, and co-counsel of that fact
in advance.
It is further ordered that the above-styled cases be placed on the December 5,
