Inspired by your unwavering commitment to social justice and community upliftment,

I, Kishore Kumar Konduru, am writing to express my deep interest in serving as the
Chairman of the Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh
(LIDCAP).

LIDCAP's Potential and Current Struggles:

LIDCAP, established in 1972, once held the promise of transforming the lives of
leather workers in our state. However, successive governments' neglect has led to
its decline. Despite Andhra Pradesh being a major producer of raw hides, the lack of
local processing facilities has resulted in economic losses and unemployment.
Skilled leather workers, who could be entrepreneurs, are reduced to low-wage jobs.

Vision for LIDCAP and Community Development:

I firmly believe that LIDCAP has the potential to be a catalyst for economic growth
and social upliftment. If given the opportunity to lead LIDCAP, I will focus on the
following:

 Revitalizing LIDCAP: By leveraging existing infrastructure, attracting

investments, and establishing state-of-the-art training facilities, we can create
a thriving leather industry ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh.
 Empowering Leather Workers: Comprehensive training programs, coupled
with financial support, will empower leather workers to become entrepreneurs
and create employment opportunities for others.
 Fostering Business Growth: Collaborating with government departments
and private industries will open up new markets for LIDCAP products,
ensuring its sustainability and profitability.
 Uplifting Marginalized Communities: By prioritizing the development of
leather workers, primarily from the Madiga community, we can contribute to
their economic empowerment and social upliftment.
 My Background and Commitment:
 Hailing from the SC Madiga community, I understand the challenges faced by
marginalized groups. My family's background reflects a strong emphasis on
education and service. My mother, a nurse, dedicated her life to caring for
others, instilling in me the importance of compassion and empathy. My elder
brother and one of my younger brothers are civil engineers, sharing my
passion for building and development. Another younger brother, a medical
doctor, exemplifies our family's commitment to health and well-being.
 This strong familial support system has been instrumental in shaping my
character and instilling a deep sense of responsibility towards society.
  Since joining Janasena in 2014, I have been actively involved in various party
activities. My efforts have focused on social service initiatives, including blood
donation camps, Thalassemia awareness programs, and community outreach
during the COVID-19 pandemic. My dedication to the party was further
demonstrated during the 2019 general elections, where I played a crucial role
in managing divisions and mobilizing support, particularly within the SC
wards.

Conclusion:

With my strong educational background, family values, and proven track record of
community service, I am confident in my ability to lead LIDCAP towards a brighter
future. I am committed to working tirelessly to realize the full potential of LIDCAP and
to contribute to the overall development of Andhra Pradesh.

I eagerly await the opportunity to discuss my vision in greater detail and contribute to
the Janasena Party's mission of social justice and progress.
