Welcome to Japan
Two JR EAST Travel Service Centers are conveniently
located in Narita Airport to assist non-Japanese
tourists with all their travel needs. The English-
speaking staff provides information about tickets and
accommodations for travelers during their stay in
Japan. They provide assistance with JR EAST's
extensive transportation network serving the Tokyo
area and northern Honshu including the Shinkansens
(bullet trains) and express trains. You can redeem
your Exchange Orders for a JR pass or make a
purchase at any time. We hope you will visit the JR
EAST Travel Service Center in Narita Airport, gateway
to Japan.
