that is covered by Tax Declaration No. 003-03328 under the name of Rosita Dungog Moore
married to Bruce Moore, Jr., situated at Bagbag, Lapu-Lapu City as of the present.

As per the record provided by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branches 27, 53, and 54 of Lapu-
Lapu City, Cebu, Lot No. 1760 was not involved in any cadastral cases before November 08,
1994.

We kindly request your office to issue a Certification of No Pending Case for Lot No. 1760,
confirming its current status as free from any ongoing cadastral cases within your jurisdiction,
specifically covering RTC Branches 27, 53, and 54.
