COMPLAINT LETTER

▪Here the compliance is mainly concerned with my current health condition. Here, among those health
problems, the first one is about abnormality of my mental condition because of being victim of depression and
general anxiety disorder/GAD as it is stipulated in the medical certificate at BETEZATA HOSPITAL in ADDIS
ABEBA. Here, my mental condition has been started to be deteriorated since almost 14/01/2023 and is officially
declared by the doctor at BETEZATA HOSPITAL in 14/07/2023 G.C. So, as per the prescription of the doctor, I
have been taking different kinds of medicine for over two consecutive quarters being appointed by the doctor
there in BETEZATA HOSPITAL, and I couldn’t recover due to too much work stress and other prevailing
conditions. Now ; as time goes on, my mental condition is getting worse and worse than ever before even trying
to lead me to commit suicide and other harmful action on my own. The other health problem I encountered is
being the victim of continuous malaria diseases, it almost became chronic and it comes back and forth without
exaggerating for every two or three weeks and as a result of this, beside taking different medicines for the
aforementioned health problems; I am obliged to take other different kinds of medicines continuously and as a
result of having to much medication, my whole internal organs have been affected as it is stipulated in the
medical certificates.

The other point that I needn’t Passover is concerning relationship amongst the staff, especially the current
management treatment towards to me, namely Ato. Mohammed, here, before he gets to have this position, our
relationships weren’t somewhat smooth, telling you that, by now; he is reflecting his own personal hatred in all
circumstances, I said in all circumstances being collaborated with others in any incidents. Generally, he is
reflecting his own personal hatred using DBE as an institutionalized mask.

▪ I can’t generally freely cooperate or have conversation not only with other person but also with my own
colleagues to the extreme of even either giving or getting greeting with true smile to anyone including those
who are living in the place where I reside due to fear of having any kinds of communication. Then, unless you
communicate and being cooperated freely with anyone, you couldn’t perform any of your tasks and this leads
me to hide myself from anyone so as not to be too much worried.

▪ To be transferred to hawassa or nearby where my family belongs so as to have the required treatments there
and to have external guidance from them. And last but not least, I need to have for at least two month ’s rest
even without salary for the sake of recovering well and started my job with new spirit.
