the most important person in your life and why

you think so

The most important person in your life is YOU. Taking care of yourself is
crucial because if you neglect your own well-being, you won’t be able to
effectively care for others. Prioritizing self-care, self-love, and personal
growth enables you to be in the best position to help those around you.
By focusing on yourself first, you can create a positive ripple effect that
benefits not only yourself but also those in your life.

Putting yourself first does not mean being selfish in a negative sense but
rather ensuring that you are at your best so that you can give your best
to others. It involves being authentic, attentive to your needs, and
nurturing a healthy relationship with yourself. When you prioritize self-
care and personal development, it enhances your ability to support,
love, and serve others more effectively.

By recognizing that you are the most important person in your life, you
empower yourself to lead a fulfilling and purposeful existence. This
mindset shift challenges societal norms that often discourage self-focus
but ultimately leads to greater happiness, contentment, and stronger
relationships with those around you.

In conclusion, valuing yourself as the most important person allows you

to cultivate a foundation of self-love and well-being from which positive
impacts can radiate outward to benefit both yourself and those in your
life.

What kind of person do you enjoy spending time with?

enjoy anybody who isn't always negative and/or dramatic. You know,
those people that never have anything positive to say and seem like
they are never happy? I cant stand people like that. I also dislike being
around people who cause or are always involved in some sort of drama

Surround yourself with individuals who have a positive energy and do

not promote or create drama. Building friendships with like-minded
people can help create a supportive and harmonious social circle.

Minimize Exposure to Dramatic Individuals: Identify the people in your

life who tend to bring stress and unhappiness, and consider minimizing
the time you spend with them. If possible, remove toxic relationships
from your life or limit interactions that lead to drama.
Engage in activities that promote self-improvement, hobbies, interests,
or work that keep you busy and fulfilled. By investing time in
constructive pursuits, you can reduce the temptation to seek
excitement or attention through dramatic interactions.

1. If you have one year left to live, what would you do?
Figuring out what matters.

This started to highlight some of my values: compassion, self-care,

fitness, mindfulness, connection, and making a difference to others. It
was interesting to realise that an underlying value here was about
remaining connected to myself, my body, my world, and the people in
my inner and outer circle. If I were to translate this value into short
term goals and actions, it would come down to living more freely
without being imprisoned by restriction and fear.
