Subject: Approval for Implementing Community Initiative

I am writing to formally request approval for the implementation of a community initiative

aimed at helping to establish a thriving community within Zone-5 barangay Bayabas and
further extend the capacity of the barangay through this skill training program that they
can use to form a community-based business using handicrafts. After careful
consideration and consultation with members of the community, we believe that this
initiative will address a pressing need and contribute positively to the welfare and
development of our barangay.

Our proposed initiative involves aiding residents in barangay Bayabas who are affected
by the adverse effects of unemployment and limited job opportunities by implementing
the project team’s community action plan “Angat-Buhay sa Barangay: Skill Training
Program” with its primary objective of equipping residents with essential knowledge and
skills of producing handicrafts In line with forming a community-based business that
they can use as a source of income of the barangay. The project’s timeline will last for 7
days or a week, with all the essential activities in the event that Includes thorough
planning, collaboration, smooth implementation starting from 8:30AM to 4:30PM, and
evaluation to successfully implement and measure the accomplishment of the project.
The utmost participation of implementors, key stakeholders, and the residents are
essential in the overall successfulness of this initiative.

We are confident that this initiative will result to a positive outcome through this
proposed community action plan that can benefit the residents within the barangay and
they can use for their future endeavors. By implementing this initiative, we can help the
barangay along with the citizens in establishing a more thriving and progressive
community.
In accordance with barangay regulations and protocols, we seek the approval of the
barangay council to proceed with the implementation of this initiative. We are committed
to working closely with the barangay council and other stakeholders to ensure the
success of the initiative and maximize its impact on the community.

Attached to this letter are supporting documents, including the project team’s concept
paper and budget proposal which contains all the necessary information of the project
team’s community action plan.
