7.Quality discrepancy.If any the buyer should present the written Survery Report issued by the third-partty
internation authoritative testing agencies to the seller within 10 days after arrival of goods at the Port of
destination.
And quantity discrepancy.If any shall be raised by the buyer within 5days after the arrival of goods at port of
destination.
Besides the sller shall not be held reposnsible for the discrepancy owing to causes for which the insurance
company ,shipping company ,other transportation organization or post office.
