CA-600 series program upgrade (Ver.00-07)
FCA#1629 will be carried out in this program version. Details will be provided as iFCA from S-
Corp. Quality Assurance division to your responsible division or person once parts and shipping
information become available. (2017.7.18)

Detailed Information:
The CA-600 series program has been upgraded to Ver.00-07 to resolve program issues as
follows.

[Resolved program issues]

(1) Previously, when “Barcode Scanner Driver Error” occurred, sample ID for the same single
sample could be read several times, assigning the same sample ID to several different
sample orders. When starting the analysis with this condition (Barcode Scanner Driver
Error) after returning to stand-by status, dialog to announce sample ID’s repetition was not
displayed, resulting in restarting of analysis with the wrong sample ID.
 This issue has been resolved. When CA-600 is connected to barcode reader, now sample
ID repetition will be checked at the start of analysis and at the start of analysis after adding
orders. (TW#70179)

Action To Be Taken:

1. Please refer to the attached pages of updated SYSMEX documentation for applicable
information. These updated pages will be included in the next Manual update.

2. FCA#1629 will be carried out in this program version. Please update the program to
Ver.00-07 once available. (KIT NO.470 [P/N: AP363965] will be provided by free-of-
charge.) Details will be announced as iFCA from S-Corp. Quality Assurance division to your
responsible division or person once parts and shipping information become available.
