III. MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The meeting was conducted on November 10, 2023, at 1:00 pm inside our classroom. All
parents were present in the meeting which was started with a prayer song and then followed by
the rest of the agenda.
The following were included in the discussion:
1. Documents – Parents were reminded about the complete documents of their child.
2. Performance of the learners – Our learners are all decoders, all of them can read but some of them
having a hard time to understand what they are reading. But, the struggling readers especially in
reading has been improving, they can now read some basic sight words. I am encouraging my dear
parents to continue supporting and guiding our learners in reading. I hope in next quarter most of
them can read and comprehend at the same time.
3. Class Schedule- The parents were informed about the class schedule of the learners because they
have different teacher each subject.
4. Interventions for struggling learners- The 1st Quarter were ended but the intervention for our learmers
should be continue. So this time I asked again the permission of the students who will continue the
remediation in reading program and fo some learners who will be added to the program for
mathematics intervention.

5. Christmas Party- The start of the Christmas vacation for students will start on December 18, 2023.
So there is the chance that December 16, 2023 will be our Christmas Party. Our PTA president, ask
the parents to decide early for the food of the learners, if they want to order Jollibee it should be
early because many of the school will be order also.
6. Awarding of Certificates – All the learners who exceed efforts in studying and their fruit of hardwork
was shown by getting their certificate of awards as with honors and perfect attendance.
7. Cards Out– Parents saw the grades of their children. And it is also shown in the cards if their child is
struggling or struggling.
8. Other Matters – I also talked to the parents with the behavior and how they can improve the grades
of their children.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 pm.
