SUBJECT: Request for Disposal of Bulk Waste

Dear Brgy. Captain Aviles,

I hope this memo finds you in good health and high spirits. As part of our
ongoing efforts to maintain a clean and sustainable environment, we are writing to
formally request your assistance in the disposal of bulk waste materials that have
accumulated at the Forest Management Bureau.
The Forest Management Bureau (FMB) has regular cleaning and
maintenance schedules and during this process, we have identified a significant
amount of bulk waste that needs to be properly disposed of. This waste primarily
comprises various non-hazardous materials that are no longer usable.
We kindly seek your support in facilitating the removal and appropriate
disposal of these bulk waste items. Given the volume and nature of the waste, we
believe that the resources and expertise of the Barangay Vasra’s waste management
team along with the Department of Sanitation and Cleanup Works of Quezon City
would be invaluable in ensuring that the disposal process is carried out efficiently
and in compliance with local regulations.
